今日教大家整一味餸叫「油炸大蝦頭」.......<做法請按圖放大>
呢個唔係食譜,係離X譜
一味淨係教人點整個蝦頭,咁啲蝦肉點算?
將啲龍井茶葉煲咗湯要備到幾時先用?炸咗啲茶葉又有咩用?
呢味餸頂多都係叫「油炸大蝦頭」,唔係「龍井泡大蝦」喎~師傅~!
